What We Do
Easter Lathrisk Farm is a large vegetable farm based in the Fife around 40 miles north of Edinburgh.
The farm grows around 400 hectares of vegetables all marketed through Kettle Produce ltd
The farm grows root crops including carrots swede and parsnips, field packed salads both iceberg and romaine and brassica crops including sprouts, spring greens, kale and sweetheart cabbage. The business is owned and operated by the McIntyre Family and which has been farming the land for around 50 years.
